Project Overview
The structural engineering scope comprised the design and detailed engineering of the precast concrete columns and filigree slab (lattice girder slab) floor systems for two residential buildings within the Parck Warande development in Oosterhout.
Parck Warande is a residential development situated between Warandelaan and the Wilhelmina Canal, surrounded by greenery on the outskirts of Oosterhout. The development comprises several buildings with a combination of privately owned apartments, rental apartments and assisted-living apartments.
For two of the apartment buildings, the floors from the first floor up to and including the roof were designed using filigree slab floor systems.
