Project overview
The project comprises a new residential development of 19 apartments on Oosterweg in Valkenburg, South Limburg. The existing buildings on the site are replaced by a modern apartment complex comprising four above-ground levels and a basement parking facility.
The development includes six apartments on both the ground and first floors, five apartments on the second floor and two apartments on the third floor. The basement provides 24 parking spaces as well as 19 private storage units.
The structural engineering scope comprised the design and detailed engineering of the filigree slab (lattice girder slab) floor systems for the apartment building.
