The development includes a combination of care studios, two-room care apartments and four communal living areas. Situated adjacent to a small park, the building benefits from a quiet and green setting.
The structural engineering scope comprised the design and detailed engineering of the filigree slab (lattice girder slab) floor system for the first floor.
