Project overview
The project comprises a new residential development of eight apartments on Lindestraat in Eersel. The apartment building is constructed directly adjacent to an existing building, creating additional considerations for the integration of the new structure within the existing built environment.

The development replaces a former commercial property and forms part of the transformation of the site from retail use to residential accommodation, responding to the increasing demand for housing in Eersel.

The structural engineering scope comprised the design and detailed engineering of the filigree slab (lattice girder slab) floor systems for the apartment building.
