Goudestein is a residential care development in Hellevoetsluis comprising 57 care units for two healthcare providers.
The development offers a combination of spacious studios and two-room care apartments, complemented by communal areas and a green residential environment. Located on the western side of Voorne-Putten, the complex provides a comfortable living environment close to the amenities of Hellevoetsluis.
The structural engineering scope comprised the design and detailed engineering of the filigree slab (lattice girder slab) floor systems for the first and second floors.
