Project overview
Waterroos Kwarts is a residential development comprising 32 apartments in the Rozenbuurt neighbourhood of Zwaag, situated near the historic village centre.
The building comprises 32 three-room apartments divided across eight different apartment types. The architectural design gives the apartment complex the appearance of a large residential house, while incorporating contemporary and energy-efficient design principles.
The structural engineering scope comprised the design and detailed engineering of the filigree slab (lattice girder slab) floor systems from the first through to the sixth floor.
