Project Overview
The structural engineering scope comprised the design and detailed engineering of the filigree slab (lattice girder slab) floor systems from the first through to the fourteenth floor.
De Paltrok is a large-scale residential development located in Zaandam, just minutes from Amsterdam with excellent public transport connections to the city centre.
The development comprises three residential buildings:
• Block H – 82 apartments
• Block E – 15 apartments
• Block F – 35 apartments
Together, the project delivers 132 modern apartments, complemented by commercial spaces for offices and professional services. A landscaped courtyard garden will be constructed above the integrated parking facility, providing an attractive communal outdoor space for residents. All apartments are designed in accordance with the latest standards for sustainability, energy efficiency and living comfort.
