Project overview
The project comprises five lifetime-adaptable homes in the village of Swolgen, located in the municipality of Horst aan de Maas in northern Limburg. The development consists of one pair of semi-detached houses and a block of three adjoining homes.
The homes are situated in a rural setting surrounded by the characteristic landscape of North Limburg, with several woodland and nature areas in the immediate surroundings.
The structural engineering scope comprised the design and detailed engineering of the filigree slab (lattice girder slab) floor systems for the five homes.
