Project overview
The project comprises a new residential development of 24 studios in Venlo, designed primarily for single-person households and first-time residents. The three-storey building is being constructed on a site where the existing buildings have been demolished to make way for the new development.
The structural engineering scope comprised the design and detailed engineering of the filigree slab (lattice girder slab) floor systems for the first floor, second floor and roof level.
The floor systems were engineered from structural calculations through to detailed slab layouts and reinforcement drawings for the precast concrete elements.
