Project overview
De Spinnerij is a residential development in Deurne comprising a total of 57 new homes, including 37 privately owned homes and 20 social rental homes.
In collaboration with another engineering consultancy, the structural calculations for several of the filigree slab (lattice girder slab) floor systems within the development were carried out.
The engineering scope included the first-floor slabs of residential blocks E through I and the second-floor slabs of blocks A and B.
