Project overview
Land van Anna is a residential development in Goirle, situated on the southern edge of Tilburg. The development comprises approximately 185 homes, including detached houses, semi-detached houses, apartments and social housing.
The neighbourhood is characterised by its strong integration with the surrounding landscape. Located adjacent to the Gorp & Roovert nature reserve and the Nieuwe Leij river, the development combines residential living with a green and sustainable environment.
For one of the detached houses within the development, the filigree slab (lattice girder slab) floor systems were structurally designed and fully detailed for production.
