Project overview
Bocage is a large-scale residential development situated between Echt and Gebroek in the municipality of Echt-Susteren. The development comprises approximately 215 homes and combines contemporary residential architecture with the green and village-like character of the surrounding area.

For Phase 5 of the development, the precast concrete walls for one of the residential buildings were digitally engineered and detailed in a 3D BIM environment.

The 3D model provided the basis for the detailed development of the precast wall elements, including their geometry and the integration of the required cast-in components.
